Q: How long does it take for delivery of the products?
A: We process orders in the order they are received. At this time, we're able to ship from our site in about 3-5 business days for most domestic orders. Please allow 10 days for Priority Mail delivery! If you need it faster, please contact us by email and we'll happily accommodate your needs if possible. International and volume discount customers: Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
Q: How many capsules does the Cap-M-Quik filler hold?
A: Each Cap-M-Quik filler holds 50 capsules.
Q: Can the Cap-M-Quik filler be used for different size capsules?
A: No. Each capsule filler is specific to its capsule. For instance, a size '1' Cap-M-Quick filler will only fit size '1' capsules. Size '0' will only work with '0' capsules, etc. Some confusion exists because there are only two tampers, size 1/0 and size 00/000. But the filler itself is exclusive to the capsule size.
Q: What sizes of Cap-M-Quik fillers are available?
A: There are four sizes of Cap-M-Quik filler available; size 1 which is the smallest, size 0, size 00 and size 000 which is the largest. There are no plans to manufacture any other sizes of Cap-M-Quik fillers for the forseeable future.
Q: How many mg (milligrams) do the capsules hold?
A: Mg is a weight measurement. The density of the powder, plus the capacity of the capsule (in ml) means that mgs can vary greatly. As an example, a size 1 capsule can hold approximately 300 to 600mg depending on the density of the powder. A small scale is needed for more precise measurements*.
Q: How long does it take to fill 50 capsules?
A: Less than 10 minutes with a little practice of the filler. Challenge yourself!
Q: How long have Cap-M-Quik® products been made?
A: The first Cap-M-Quik® capsule filler was manufactured in 1981 by S.L. Sanderson. He's made a few gazillion more fillers since then.
Q: What are the capsules made of?
A: The gelatin capsules are made from bovine hide only, which avoids danger of mad cow disease. VCaps, or vegetarian capsules are manufactured by Capsugel®, and are derived from 100% Southern pine bark. They contain mostly cellulose. Capsules are KGMP approved. ISO 9001 Certified by SGS, England.
Q: Do you carry 'enteric coated' capsules?
A: "Enteric coating" is a process which is done after a capsule has been filled, therefore it isn't possible to sell empty enteric-coated capsules.
Q: What is the Cap-M-Quik capsule filler made of?
A: The Cap-M-Quik Capsule Filler is made of a very high strength styrene plastic. Filler and tamper are guaranteed for life. I've never had one returned because it broke!
Q: I notice there are dark spots in my capsule filler. What are those?
A: When the capsule filler is molded, small pieces of plastic beads are used and melted. Occasionally, a dark bead gets into the mix. It's the same plastic as the white beads, but does make what appears to be a discolored spot. Think of it as a Cap M Quick "birthmark". It just makes your capsule machine unique!
Q: Do you offer overnight shipping?
A: No. We can ship via USPS Express Mail, which is 1-2 business days to most US destinations, however there is an additional charge for Express shipping. Your items will generally ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. Contact us by email for more info.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. You can also pay by Postal Money Order or Cashier's Check. If paying by money order or cashier's check, your order will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the check. Make your check or money order payable to:

Q: Will you accept a personal check?
A: We will accept personal checks but it will delay delivery by 10-14 business days. We prefer a US Postal Service money order, which will ship immediately.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Cap-M-Quik® capsule filler and tamping tool may be returned for refund, less shipping and handling, within 30 days of delivery. International and volume discount orders excepted. Filler and tamper must be in original packaging and in like-new condition. Sorry, but for health considerations there is no refund on opened vegetable or gelatin capsule packages.
Q: Can you ship to addresses outside of the US?
A: Yes. Via Express Mail Service or Priority Mail International though the USPS only. You are responsible for duty fees through customs in your own country. Tracking and insurance are NOT provided with Priority Mail International. That means if the package gets lost using Priority Mail International, we will not be liable for its replacement. You need to weigh the risk before ordering for international delivery using PMI.
Q: Does the price include sales tax?
A: There is no sales tax charged outside of the state of California at this time. If you live within California, a sales tax charge will be added to your order total.

A: You're certainly welcome to try, however Cap-M-Quik.com in Murrieta is not a retail outlet. We don't have a phone staff but will try and call you back promptly.
