Choose a Capsule Size
There are four size capsules available for the Cap-M-Quik fillers; size 1 (small), size 0, size 00 and size 000, (large). Each capsule filler is specific to its capsule. For instance, a size '1' Cap-M-Quick filler will only fit size '1' capsules. Size '0' will only work with '0' capsules, etc. The most common capsule sizes on the market today are size 00 and 0.
Choose a Capsule Type
There are two types of capsules from which to choose: Gelatin and Vegetarian.
Why Choose Gelatin Capsules?
Gelatin is the most common capsule type. Gelatin is an animal product. It comes from the same material used in flavored gelatin desserts. The gelatin used in the manufacture of capsules we sell comes from Bovine hide. Gelatin dissolves more completely and is absorbed more easily by the body. The body recognizes it as a food and processes it that way. Gelatin costs less than VCaps.
Why Choose Vegetarian Capsules?
VCaps, or vegetarian capsules, are a non-animal alternative to gelatin. They are not made from vegetables. VCaps are made from HPMC (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose) derived from Southern Pine bark. The main two reasons to choose VCaps are either for religious purposes when animal products cannot be taken, or for vegetarians requiring an alternative to animal-based products. VCaps are more expensive than gelatin capsules.

Size 0 All-In-One Kit includes Cap-M-Quik Capsule Filler, Tamper, Herb Spreading Card and 1000 empty capsules.
Size 00 All-In-One Kit includes Cap-M-Quik Capsule Filler, Tamper, Herb Spreading Card and 1000 empty capsules.
Size 000 (largest) All-In-One Kit includes Cap-M-Quik Capsule Filler, Tamper, Herb Spreading Card and 500 empty capsules.
